Older Youth Application
All required forms for Older Youth (grades 9-12) interested in participating in Food & Fashion Board, Youth Expo, Conservation Camp, Leadership Camp, Citizenship Washington Focus, Sea Camp, Jr. Fair Board, Beginner Camp Counselor, and Jr. Camp Counselor. (Even though it is still listed, please note that as of December 2007, Carteens is no longer available as an interest area.)
If you are interested in serving as Camp Counselor or any other opportunity, forms are due by March 3, 2008.
Interviews will be held on March 12 & 13 for those applying for Camp Counselor or Jr. Fair Board. All first-year applicants for Camp Counselor or Jr. Fair Board will need to be interviewed; make an appointment when returning application. Interviews will be done on returning applicants only if you are notified.

4-H Plaque Sponsorship Request Form
Each year, the Tuscarawas County 4-H Family & Consumer Sciences Committee seeks sponsors for 4-H member plaques. These plaques are awarded to 4-H'ers who earn first place in their 4-H projects. The committee contacts sponsors such as businesses, individuals, and 4-H clubs. Each plaque has the sponsor's name engraved on it and is displayed in the member's club fair booth in September. Form and payment are due by July 1. Click here to obtain form.
